HCS/HBs 441, 94 & 244 - This act allows World War I, World War II and Korean War veterans to receive high school diplomas. It also allows veterans meeting the requirements of this section to receive a diploma posthumously.

The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education with the cooperation of the Missouri Veterans' Commission will create the "Operation Recognition" program to oversee the awarding of diplomas to qualifying veterans.

This act is similar to SCS/SBs 26 & 126 (2001).
